AESTHETIC & WELLNESS SERVICES POLICY

Card on File Required

All aesthetic and wellness services require a valid debit or credit card on file at the time of booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation Window

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Any appointment canceled within 48 hours, or any appointment you fail to attend, will be charged a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee to the card on file.

Arrival & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be marked as a no-show, resulting in the $75 fee.

Payment

All balances are due at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash, credit, and debit cards and CareCredit.

PERMANENT MAKEUP & SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure any Permanent Makeup or SMP appointment. This fee is applied toward your service total.

If you cancel for any reason, the booking fee is forfeited.

Card on File Required

A valid debit or credit card must also be kept on file for all PMU/SMP appointments. If you cancel or no-show within the 48-hour window, a $75 fee will be charged in addition to the forfeited booking fee.

Previous Brow or Scalp Tattoos

If you have previous work done by another artist, you must receive approval before booking.

Not all previous work can be covered or corrected. Results are not guaranteed, and multiple sessions may be required.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior through your confirmation text or email.
    •    Rescheduling within 48 hours will forfeit your booking fee
    •    A new booking fee is required to book again
    •    You may reschedule once; further changes require booking the next available date

Touch-Up / Perfecting Session

Your 6-week perfecting session will be scheduled at the end of your initial appointment.
    •    If you cancel or no-show this visit, you are responsible for rebooking
    •    Availability is not guaranteed
    •    Appointments booked beyond 12 weeks will incur an additional fee — no exceptions

Healed Results

Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications, and previous work. Some clients may require a third session at an additional cost.

Color Refreshers

A refresher is recommended every 18–24 months.
Longevity varies based on pigment color, lifestyle, skincare products, sun exposure, and skin type.
